Bossman throw new DISTURBED music into cage this afternoon, and gave
Gorilla big smile and said "You're going to like this one". Gorilla
smell CD. Smell like plastic. Gorilla lick CD. Taste like cellophane.
Gorilla not liking it yet. Gorilla listen to CD. Gorilla feet tap happy.
Disturbed is doing great job making themselves the next Gods of metal. Gorilla honestly think that
Ten Thousand Fists should have been next disc after
The Sickness. Gorilla liked
Believe, but the songs not have one thing:
GORILLA NOISES.
Gorilla feet tap happy because David Draiman gorilla grunting is back in
Ten Thousand Fists.
First single "Guarded" make Gorilla jump up to top of cage and beat
chest... Title track "Ten Thousand Fists" sound like rallying cry for
many angry young humans... lots of angry young humans... like 10,000 of
them.
Disturbed finally figure out what fans want. Fans want loud guitars,
jungle drums, good melody, and ...Gorilla noise. "Overburdened" is only
song Gorilla not like, because it is slow. Gorilla had to stop smashing
zoo lady's face into the cage bars when that song come on to take
cigarette break. Then "Land Of Confusion", cover of original GENESIS
song come on. Gorilla not a fan of original song, but Gorilla love what
Disturbed do to it. Gorilla got confused one time when zoo chef brought
meatloaf to Gorilla on night that chicken primavera was on zoo menu.
Gorilla took off chef shoes and soften up his brains a little. He not
confuse zoo menu anymore.
