I mean is that it’s different from those other 2 bands, it’s a
different side of Rich. He has already established himself as a great
guitarist,
My Kung Fu Is Good
also shows his strengths as a singer and songwriter. His lyrics and
meaningful and powerful, and the music flows nicely with the relaxed
mood that drives the album. The album isn’t all relaxing, it has its
share of heavy tunes as well, and they will definitely get your feet
tapping. To be honest, it’s hard to categorize this album, the easy
answer would be “Rock” but it has a certain groove to it all that
should be given it’s own name, if I ever think of a word for it I’ll
let you know. The time and effort that The Duke put into this album is
evident, the writing and production are both excellent.
