is another attempt at making a movie based on Daniel Defoe’s 1719 novel
by the same name. The twist is that every so often the story comes to a
screeching halt and everyone fucks like diseased vermin.

studios this film comes in a 2 DVD deluxe case this movie has
everything from multiple language choice, interviews with the director,
cast and crew, and three “making of” features.
The film is goddamn ridiculous. The props are arguably authentic and
the entire movie is filmed on location in New Zealand. The director is
a lunatic in a hilarious way. It is a real joy listening to him on the
“behind the scenes”. The movie does come off a bit epic.
With all the good comes all the bad. First off the women (
Silvia Saint,
Nikki Blond)
are all “Dolled” up and the sex scenes seem a bit mass produced. The
pacing is slow and the attempt at a storyline is laughable.
A lot of effort went into this film and a lot of effort went into my 3
PCP rehabs. The movie is 2 stars with an extra star for all the extras.
