TOMB RAIDER SOUNDTRACK
The soundtrack to accompany the movie about little miss grapefruit boobs...not that there's anything wrong with that... includes new music from U2, Nine Inch Nails, Missy Elliot (featuring Nelly Furtado), and more.
The U2 track isn't exactly 'new'... It's a Remix of 'Elevation' off their latest, All That you Can't Leave Behind, and features one seriously cool video. The Nine Inch Nails song is classic Reznor. He's not really breaking new ground with 'Deep', but he's definitely up to par with every other grinding industrial song he's ever recorded.
The track by GROOVE ARMADA is pretty friggin' lame if you ask me, but the Soundtrack more than makes up for that crap by giving out a healthy dose of FATBOY SLIM and MOBY.
All in all, it's a fitting candy-coated soundtrack to an in-one-end-out-the-other, candy-coated summer film.
