I personally have spent many a day in the local sheriff's department
holding facility, but I have never been in a jail quite like the one,
what with all the neon lights and the cells with only 2 walls. How do
they keep the criminals from escaping? Now I don’t know much about the
law, but I am sure the bailiffs and the detainees can not have sex with
each other in real life.
