Disintegrate
What bad comments can be spoken of ZYKLON? They are former members of the legendary black metal band EMPEROR and they quickly become popular among the fans of death metal. Zyklon’s fusion of black and death metal influences have become even better with their latest release,
Disintegrate, via Candlelight USA.
The drum work by Emperor’s Trym is unbelievable. The best representation of this guy’s talent would be found on “In Hindsight” but, for me at least, his drumming is what makes this album for me. Add in great guitar and vocals that crackle like an earthquake and you will get the brilliance that is Zyklon. Zyklon is one of the best bands involved in the modern death metal scene. They are featured in some of the most prominent underground metal shows, like Maryland DeathFest, and make amazing music.
Disintegrate is only the band’s second effort, follow-up of the debut album World ov Worms, and they have blown us away again.
