“Demon Desire” kicks the record off and could stand alone from the album and still be worthy of the purchase price. Luckily, you don’t have to settle for a one and out on this record. Wuthering Heights provides a very upbeat, fun disc that you could listen to at any time that you needed some energy. It’s that damn good!
Wuthering Heights is an amazing band and The Shadow Cabinet is an incredible release. It has incredible drumming and lots of old-fashioned shredding on the guitar. The vocals are near perfect and drum work is heavy enough for a black metal blast beat fest but manage to compliment the rest of the music perfectly.
Give The Shadow Cabinet one chance and I guarantee that you’ll be hooked. This record is for people that are fans of Sonata Arctica and the like, but I would go as far as to say that everyone should pick it up and, at least, give it one shot!
