18 INCH MOVIE MANIACS: LEATHERFACE

I bought one of these a few months ago, and it is literally the centerpiece of my home office. There's nothing quite like an 18 inch-tall, shrieking, bloody Leatherface doll to set the tone of the room...especially when your mother comes over to visit.

Todd McFarlane further indulges his creepy side with this eerie, life- like collectible Leatherface figure from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre blood-and-guts horror flick. Fans of the movie and McFarlane collectors will be tempted to put this one front and center in their collections. It's scary to look at--really--but the detail is exquisite. If only the movie was as well made....

The weighty, 18-inch figure is fully articulated and comes with motion-activated sound. Move his arms, head, or waist and hear creepy utterances and that awful chainsaw, which is expertly spattered with blood. Leatherface wears the same outfit he wore in the movies: a shirt and tie, dark jeans, a blood-crusted leather apron covering his pot-belly, and a stitched-on face made of some unfortunate soul's skin. Since the real chainsaw massacre took place in Texas, Leatherface shows his roots by sporting worn-out cowboy boots. Not for children. Requires three AAA batteries (not included).
