Collector Geek Alert!!!
Just looking at this well-detailed attack scene from the original Jaws movie calls up that awful theme music. Todd McFarlane's artistry was a bit too expert: one side effect of looking at this figure set too long is a slight, unconscious twisting of the lip. In every other way, it's a collector's dream. The shark, working its way onto the destroyed dinghy, features a famously blood-stained maw crowded with sharp teeth. Dark waves break over the sinking boat and its crushed mast, and one of its barrel buoys floats alongside. The doomed captain also comes with the set: in two gory, torn pieces! You can place half of him in the shark's mouth, or snap him back together and pretend he was never chum in the movie.
