SOILWORK - Natural Born Chaos
HOLY SHIT!!!!! This is what I've been searching for for a VERY long time. A
band that combines the heavyness of PANTERA/CHIMERA
with serious melody and HOOKS, killer guitar playing (I WILL SAY THIS NOW -
Peter Witchers and Ola Frenning ARE GODS!!!!!).
I have not been able to pull my jaw off the ground since I put these two
discs into my deck and I don't see myself doing it anytime soon.
First and foremost, this is some of the tightest played and written metal
I've heard in years and each song really grabs you with infectious
melody, fabulous vocals, band arrangements and the guitar solos are simply awe-inspiring (always a plus in my book). The songs are
extremely memorable and well written, and it's clearly evident that these
guys took the time to work on this material. There simply is NO
filler material on either of these discs. Given the proper promotion and
exposure, these guys could achieve the status of Pantera.
Serious fans of Pantera/Chimera/MEGADETH/STRAPPING YOUNG LAD will simply
drool over this. I won't go into specific songs and such, all
