NUDE
VAST, or better yet known as Jon Crosby, has finally released the CD I always knew he could make. Full of intense, hook filled anthems, pounding
energy and terrific production, I am simply thrilled that this release is available. After the disappointing Music For People which had some outstanding
tracks, but ultimately bogged itself down in overly produced and un-inspiring song writing, NUDE is simply stunning. The opener 'Turquoise' is a hooky
anthem with a terrific chorus and lush arrangements. Standout tracks such as 'Thrown Away', 'Lost', and 'Candle' help this disc be one of the top ten
releases so far this year. Crosby, being a multi-instrumentalist, producer and engineer of the record, simply wears each hat perfectly and organizes this release with depth, dynamics and perfection. I could go on for days, but I simply won't be putting this one away for weeks. Highly recommended.
